Frequently asked

The things people ask us most. If yours isn't here, email us.

What are your hours?

6 PM to 2 AM, every day of the week. Social Hour runs 6 to 8 PM daily.

Do you take reservations?

No reservations. Walk in; the bar usually has room for one more. For bigger groups, see our private events page and we'll set you up properly.

Is there a happy hour?

We call it Social Hour: every day, 6 to 8 PM. Old Fashioneds, Margaritas and Palomas are $12, Boilermakers (a High Life and a well shot) are $7, and Roll the Dice is $7: the number you roll is the shot you take.

Do you serve food?

No kitchen of our own. We host rotating pop-ups on the patio now and then; watch the events page and Instagram. They tend to sell out.

Is the bar 21+?

Yes, 21+ at all times with valid ID.

What kind of music do you play?

90s hip hop, classic funk, deep cuts. High energy but vintage.

Where do I park? Is there transit nearby?

Don't count on street parking, and don't leave anything in your car in Koreatown. Use a nearby lot, get a ride, or take the Metro: the Wilshire/Normandie station on the D Line is a short walk.

Can I book the bar for a private event?

Yes. Hold the booths while the bar stays open to the neighborhood, or take the whole room. Details and the events team's email are on our private events page.

What's the loyalty program?

Friends of the Bar: free to join, earn points on every tab at any Pouring with Heart bar, and redeem them for money off.

I have allergies. Anything I should know?

Please tell your bartender. A few drinks contain nuts or dairy (they're marked on the menu), and we're happy to steer you right.

Is the bar wheelchair accessible?

Yes, ground floor of the Hotel Normandie with a step-free entrance. Tell a bartender if we can make anything easier.

Didn't cover it? [email protected] or ask a bartender. They know everything and most of it is even true.
